Pioneer Valley Cleaners (formerly D&D Ventures) was founded by Donna and Dave Mowry - parents of our current owner, Robin. As Donna and Dave headed into retirement, they entrusted the future of the company with their daughter, Robin. For 23 years, Robin and her parents have been building honest relationships with their clients and doing their part to keep the Valley clean.

Pioneer Valley Cleaners builds solid relationships with our clients by going above and beyond our cleaning responsibilities. They’ll never wonder if we are going to show up or get the job done. As a family-owned company, we only hire people we really trust and know to be reliable and ethical. We value people over everything else - our clients and our employees. In that spirit of respect for our neighbors, we charge fair rates for our services and compensate our employees generously. Our owners are involved in cleaning jobs and continually keep in touch with clients to ensure they are delighted with our services.

Eco-Friendly Products
Our mission is to create a safe and comfortable indoor environment for our customers in the Pioneer Valley to live and work in by using non-toxic and eco green cleaning products and cleaning methods. In addition to the health of our customers, we want to ensure that our valued employees are not exposed to harmful ingredients while they dedicate their time working for us.
We clean with reusable cloths and mops that are specially designed to trap and remove more dirt and allergens than traditional cloths. This also cuts down on paper waste. Our eco green cleaners are non-toxic, eco friendly, and free of harsh chemicals. We also use HEPA-filtered vacuums that trap and eliminate dust particles. Our company apparel was even chosen specifically because of it’s eco-friendly qualities. All of these environmental cleaning solutions work together to create a healthier, safer, and more climate-friendly environment. We are passionate about conserving resources and respecting our planet. We pledge to recycle and use products made from recycled materials whenever possible.
